Disneyland Resort

Time to visit old friends Mickey and Minnie for a day of Disney magic. Our trusty steed (the sexy silver Camry) safely delivered us down the 5 (freeway) to Anaheim. A very warm day greeted our arrival along with about 200 thousand other people and their screaming, annoying children. They really should ban children from Disneyland.

Anyhoo, there are two parks for consideration, the original Disneyland and California Adventure, which has more in the way of thrill rides. We chose the 1 day parkhopper option which allowed us to go between both parks at our leisure. Suprisingly even with all those people, queues were generally short (with the exception of Splash Mountain and the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage that we couldn't get near).
